Teresa George has been the owner and instructor of Teresa George School of Dance for 35 years. Mrs. George studied with Amanda Swett until graduation from high school. She continued her studies at the University of Southern Mississippi, where she earned a B.F.A. in Dance. She also studied ballet and modern dance in New York City.
Mrs. George acted and danced in college and community theater. She also choreographed and/or directed numerous theatrical productions.
Mrs. George is a member of Dance Masters of America and Dance Teachers United.
All Classes are personally taught by Mrs. George.
The Teresa George School of Dance offers classes for ages three to adults. We teach ballet, tap, jazz, creative drama/acting, and acrobatics. We strive to provide a fun, positive environment for learning the art of dance.
